The CSF form (Community Supported Fisheries)

Community Supported Fisheries – Akiwenzie’s Fish & More

This CSF (community supported fisheries) will allow us to buy our nets, gear and do a tune up of our boat motor and vehicle at the start of each season.  Your support will also be used to attend to some of our business expenses related to bringing you the best fish possible.

What we will bring for you for fifteen weeks (15) is fifteen dollars’ ($15) worth of fresh or frozen fish.  We will always aim for fresh but if the weather is uncooperative, it will be frozen.  Please specify which market you would like to pick up your order at, Dufferin Grove on Thursdays from 3-7pm or The Stop Market (Wychwood) on Saturdays from 8-12pm.  One hour before the market closes all products will be put up for sale, and if you have not picked up your share by then, we will have to sell it at the market.

The CSF will be starting on Thursday April 4 to Saturday July 13, 2013.  If we happen to miss a week due to something unexpected from the weather or unforseeables, we will extend it to ensure 15 weeks.  We will post updates on the blog.  http://akiwenziesfish.blogspot.ca

Our CSF will be $225.00 for the full share (15 weeks) or $120.00 for half a share (8 weeks).  Payment can be in cash or cheque and due on Friday March 22, 2013.   Of course you are welcomed to purchase more fish if it is available.

We will be considering doing another CSF that will run from Thursday September 12 to Saturday December 21, 2013.  We will know for sure by the end of July 2013.  Please let us know if you are interested.

Please fill out the form and return it with the payment.  (please print)
