We will only have smoked for market at Wychwood tomorrow. Winds have been absolutely horrible up here. Good to hang laundry out but even that was a challenge. I think I had to rehang every single thing atleast once and pick a wind breaker out of a tree.
We have some really thick moist smoked lake trout and some smoked salmon too. Not to much but some salmon.
Tomorrow we will be our definite last day to sign up for the CSF. The Fishy Dollars are now valid until mid-July. Thank you to those who are participating in this new program. :)
