Ready for Dufferin Tomorrow

Got the fish all done!!!! 
All the smoked is whitefish.  Sorry no trout or anything else.  We will have some trout on Saturday though. 
I have fresh whitefish and lake trout for market.  Also we will be bringing some whitefish and lake trout heads for those who would like to make some fish stock. 
Also we made some smoked fish pate.
