Tomorrow I will be making some brines and getting some fish ready. We will be working with some lake trout, whitefish and salmon for the smokes. Another fisherman brought us some of his catch which will make everyones day Saturday. Waiting to see if we will have fresh or frozen but won't know this until Friday.
Looking forward to Saturday.
