Just finished the fish for the night.
We will have smoked rainbow trout tomorrow. Only a few pieces but not to often do we have it available.
We also have tried something new. We also did a couple of our larger trout into steaks which is perfect for grilling.
Also we have a couple of smoked chub. Cisco it also can be called. Again not to often do we offer this but when we have it we smoke it up.
It was a cloudy, drizzly day today here but tomorrow they are calling for sun.
