Andrew has a lot of fresh fish. Whitefish and lake trout. There are some small whole lake trout and even some lake trout steaks which both of these things are yum barbecued.
Sorry I should have posted this earlier but I have been running since our feet hit the floor.
But we are working away on all of Saturday's markets. We will be there for sure and for sure have some smoked for this is what is entertaining me today. Andrew is down in the city selling the fish. One son is making pesto and I guess we will be having a touch of pasta tonight to try it out. Smells soooooo good.
Busy, busy but all is fine. This time last year we were in the middle of the renovations to the plant. It doesn't seem all that long ago.
