Day has finally come to a close....
Feeling like we have accomplished something though. We have fresh whitefish and lake trout ready to go. Also our smoked is all dressed and smelling yummy. We even did some more pate.
A busy day but we achieved our goal. :)
See you soon for I am off to bed for a couple of hours of sleep before venturing to the city tomorrow.
