The smoked fish is all packed in. We also will have frozen whitefish. I guess I should remind myself it is still February and lucky to have any fish at all. This time last year we had empty fridges and freezers and we were anxiously counting down the days till the ice moved on out.
I am off this weekend to help with a ski retreat. It is for moms and daughters to spend a weekend together and ski. The boys are joining us for they are short on coaches and with their skill on skis, they were recruited. With all this fresh snow it should be fun but amazing how much we got since it was first perdicted to miss us....
