Andrew is off to Dufferin Market today. The smoked fish looks good and the fresh is all tucked away in the cooler. We have alittle bit of pickerel today but I think, if I remember correctly, only 4 fillets. A very rare treat we have smoked pickerel in each flavour.
I am smoking fish today and will need to do another smoker tomorrow. Again I have been able to smoke some pickerel for the weekend markets but not to much.
We are preparing for Thankgiving weekend. Read the weather reports and it sounds like we will be able to get some fresh for the weekend. Hope it holds true but crossing my fingers and toes.
