We will be down to all of Saturday's Markets.

We have smoked fish.  We have fresh fish.  We have enough to do Owen Sound's, Orangeville's, Brickwork's and Wychwood Market.  Not a lot of fresh but hopefully enough that most can get a little bit. 
We have been experimenting with a new tandoori spice.  It is dry and we add a bit of water so we can baste the fish with it.  It smells wonderful.  When we make up the baste in the plant it make everyone inhale deeply enjoying the aroma.  Hopefully it tastes as good as it smells.  It is nut and gluten free.  We are happy with it but just wondering what the customers thought.
