After weeks it seems like of trying to decide to return to fishing or not. We have decided to return. Now the question is when and all we can say is soon.
We are in the process of setting the plant up again. We have started reorganizing it but now to finish it and wipe it down completely. Also we are taking inventory of what we have and what we will need.
I also have finished the CSF (community supported fisheries) form. It can be e-mailed to you as soon as we start up. Just e-mail us at akiwenziefish@gmail.com and request it. I will send it out when we are ready to go. It is only available for the Wychwood and Dufferin market right now.
To return to fishing is really nice or familiar. We felt like a fish out of water for a long time now but when we saw fish come through the door the couple of times in the Fall, it was like seeing a good friend that had been gone for a long time. We knew exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. The sense of satisfaction knowing you had accomplished something that so many will enjoy.
We still have a lot of work to complete before returning to the markets but we are making steps in that direction. We are looking forward to seeing you all again shortly.
