We are working on doing up some fresh pickerel right now. It will only be around a couple of weeks maybe but we shall see. Also waiting on the smoker to brown just a touch more and it will be ready too.
We all went to the Picnic at the Brickworks yesterday. It was all fabulous... Food and people and atmosphere and ....... I could go on and on but I will stop there. I will share some pictures of the picnic tomorrow when I have a bit more time and I have a chance to get them off the camera.
I know a lot of people are asking when our caviar will return. Soon all I can say. The eggs are almost there and it could be as soon as a week maybe a bit longer. But it is close....
