The fish are all done. The lake trout looks wonderful. A bit on the large size but a lovely orange colour. We also will have a couple of whole lake trout. Perfect to barbecue and the weather sounds perfect for that. The whitefish are medium to large in size too. Nice and firm meat.
The smoked also is ready.
Andrew made it out fishing and it was a hard lift in the wind. But atleast the really strong wind held off till he hit shore.
But we are calling it a night and get some rest before travelling to Dufferin market tomorrow morning. See you then.
