Waiting for the wind to calm

No fishing today until and only if the wind calms down. The wind right now is East 26 gusting to 45km/h. We really try to avoid fishing in an east wind for it is coming over a large amount of open water before hitting our shores.

We will need to busy ourselves on shore again. The brines have been made, smoker is on and kids are back to school. The bus needs some more work so it can open on Friday. We are busy on shore but wishing we could go fishing.

Andrew's trip is coming up quick. This time next week he will be down in San Jose.

Two birthdays in our crew lands on next week too. So lots of cake, ice cream and candles. Time is flying by for I still remember the boys toddling around even though they hate being reminded of that.

Will write tomorrow and hopefully with news that the winds have calmed and Andrew is out fishing again.
